We are the New Zealand Blackcurrant Co-operative<\/span><\/h3>[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text el_class=”white-text”]The New Zealand Blackcurrant Co-operative is an association that is involved in the production, management, sales and marketing for the New Zealand Blackcurrant industry. Members of the Co-operative are growers of New Zealand Blackcurrants.<\/p>\n

The Co-operative oversees all steps of the growing of New Zealand Blackcurrants. Immediately after harvest the Co-operative processes the blackcurrants to juice concentrate, IQF, puree or dried powders. The Co-operative then sells these ingredients to manufacturers around the world\u00a0to produce finished products for the consumer.<\/p>\n

The Co-operative is based in Canterbury, in the South Island of New Zealand, the primary growing region for New Zealand\u2019s blackcurrant crop.
